The hotel staff was attentive, not annoying. Its location was good and excellent, for everything you want in Southport. In a hurry we visited Harry Ramsden's nearby.

Exceptional service was provided. In overall the room was big and with personal finishing touches, bedroom, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfasts were incredible and excellent and included fresh fruit and cereals. Amiable and attentive team, they made me feel welcome. This accommodation had a very central setting in a quiet residential area.

The hotel was reasonably clean, staff was very friendly. We stayed in a twin room complete with chocolates and tea. Its location was perfect, close enough to Conference Centre/theatre also main shopping area, train station and shops and seafront. Also, Bournemouth Beach can be reached in 10 min walk.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered guest room with tea and coffee. The location was excellent, at a moderate distance from Southport Beach. And I were so close to cafes, the sea front and Southport's famous arcaded shopping district in Lord Street, and pubs and restaurants.

Loved my stay. My 4 nights in Southport were excellent! Location: the hotel was adjacent to Southport's famous arcaded shopping district, and Conference Centre / theatre also main shopping area. Also, Southport Marine Lake was at a short distance. Booked double room with tea and coffee. Everything was high quality as expected, yet the bathroom was very small.
